Question: How do I make a booking?

Answer: Quite simply phone us and we will take you through the booking process.

Question: can I book on line?

Answer: We are sorry but we do not take on line bookings. We pride ourselves on our professional, friendly and personal approach. We always discuss with our clients their  requirements. This helps to avoid disappointment and ensures the correct type of music is available on the night. Our aim is to help you make your event a success. We are always willing to discuss any changes to your requirements you may wish to make and to offer advice if you require it during the time leading up to your event.        

Question: How much will I pay?

Answer: This will depend on your requirements and location and we always discuss this with you before giving a firm price. As a general guide our party package, which is suitable for most weddings, birthdays and family or social type events costs £130.00 for four hours playing time in an area 30 miles round Weston-super-Mare. Each extra playing hour is charged at £30.00.

(Please note there is a minimum charge of £110.00).

For larger events we suggest our 'Large Party Package' at a charge of £40.00 per hour (Subject to a minimum charge of £110.00).

These prices do not apply for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Eve. We will be happy to give you a quote for these periods or for a playing time of less than four hours.

If the venue is between 30 miles and 60 miles from Weston-super-Mare there is a surcharge of  £12.50 to the playing fee. If the venue is over 60 miles and up 100 miles from Weston-super-Mare there is a surcharge of  £25 to the playing fee.

For children's parties we suggest two hours and charge £75.00, subject to the conditions above. Unfortunately we can not include prizes in this price for any games you may want played.  

Question: Will you turn up on the night?

Answer: Without doubt. We confirm all bookings in writing. There are two identical copies of a letter sent to you. The letter contains all the details we discussed at the time of your booking. You check it through and return a copy to us keeping the other copy for yourself.

Question: What sort of music do you play?

Answer: We cater for all tastes. We carry over 5000 tracks spanning more than 6 decades of music. We can specialise in almost any aspect you want. Just tell us what your requirements are when you book and we will do our best to cater for them.

Question: I have a special song I like. Can you play it for me?

Answer: Tell us at the time you make your booking or in advance and if we do not usually carry it we will do our best to get for you. We have access to a vast library of music, much too much to bring it all with us. Alternatively if you have a CD track of your own we will play that for you.       

Question: What sort of equipment have you got?

Answer: All our equipment is modern. See the Sound System page on the web site for details. Our sound reproduction is of the highest standard. We have a sensible amount of lighting to give your function the right atmosphere. If you request Karaoke we can provide it, along with two good quality microphones.      

Question: What happens if your equipment breaks down?

Answer: As we said above all our equipment is modern and well maintained so a breakdown is most unlikely to happen. However if it should occur we carry back up equipment. The most likely breakdown is a lead failing to work. We check all the equipment is working before the start of the performance and would find this out before your function stated. The lead would be changed and no one would know there had been a problem.

Question: OK but what about a major breakdown?

Answer: This is most unlikely to happen. We can however quickly reroute our equipment through backup working components or in the event of an amplifier failure to a back up amplifier. There would be very little disruption to your function.
